TO PROMOTE THEIR TOWNSHIP PROJECTS AND TO RESHAPE THE WAY WE BUY HOME WITH THEIR BUILD-THEN-SELL STRATEGY.

SOLUTION

We came up with a simple animation that unfold SHL township as you scroll down the page. In align with SHL Property’s belief “we don’t just sell homes, we build communities,” we have used minimal design and pastel colour palette across the website. We put more focus on each township project’s architectural design and the neighbourhood community. Interactive maps are featured on each project page to help audience visualise the future township and its nearby attractions.
